Emergency management is safer. The emergency shutdown switch is installed in the interior of the air shower room and on both sides of the door, which can open both sides of the door lock immediately in case of emergency. The main circuit breaker in the air shower area can stop the operation of the air shower chamber immediately and open the door locks on both sides at the same time in case of emergency.

The efficiency of the primary filter is G4 (EN779), which can effectively prolong the life of the high efficiency filter. The efficiency of high efficiency filter is H13 (EN1822), which can effectively remove dust particles.

Air shower operation mode
One-way interlocking operation mode
Personnel can only enter the clean area from the air shower room. Normally, the door on one side of the clean area is electromagnetically locked, and the outer door is opened. When the personnel enter the air shower room from the outside door, they start the air shower cycle. The personnel are not allowed to enter the air shower room from the clean area.
Two-way interlocking one-way operation mode
Personnel can enter and leave the clean area from the air shower room. Normally, the electromagnetic locks on both sides of doors are open. When people enter the air shower room from the outside door, they will start the air shower cycle. When they enter the air shower room from the clean area, they will not start the air shower cycle.
Two-way interlocking operation mode
Personnel can enter and leave the clean area from the air shower room. Normally, the electromagnetic locks on both sides of the door are open, only one side of the door can be opened, and the personnel entering the air shower room from either side will start the air shower cycle.
